Littleton School of Art

Class Description and Studio Experience
Our art classes are geared towards adults (16 and over) desiring to learn to work in a realistic style.  Subject matter varies immensely including still life, landscape, cityscape, portraiture, & figure.

Since we allow no more than nine pupils per class, students can anticipate receiving one on one instruction. The studio atmosphere is much like an independent study in college.

Each pupil focuses on developing specific skills while pursuing their own personal project. Being we have beginners through professionally exhibiting artists, it is important to let each student attain proficiency through their own pace. In addition, when our learning artists feel proficient, exhibition opportunities are available. Framing services are convenient and are offered at competitive rates.

Media
Students may study in a wide variety of media including graphite, watercolor, oils, pastels, and clay (kiln firing services are available for sculpture students at a nominal fee).
